Jess Haven's Muse Project was to assemble a catalog of original songs and launch her music career. Jess is often seen carrying her guitar around school in one hand with her books in the other. If you're willing to listen, she'll sing you one of her many original songs about love and heartache. Although Jess has performed her songs in front of the school, she hadn't yet made her debut as a singer songwriter at an official live music supporting venue. Local band Stone Company invited her to open for them at Peekaboo Canyon Restaurant in April with 2 other singer songwriters. Everyone agrees, she did a fabulous job and has a bright future. Mike Luo's Muse Project was to publish a book. Mike is an author of fan fiction. By the end of 2021, Mike had compiled enough writing for at least 2 books of fan fiction. For his Muse Project he decided to compile and print "A Retired Officer's Shop In The Eastern Wonderland", a fan fiction based off the Touhou Project created by Shanghai Alice. Mike hired venezuelan artist, Valentina N. Paredes, to design the cover of his book.

William Douglass's Muse Project was to launch a his career as an artist. William has developed a reputation as the go to artist at KHS. William is always happy to take on a new challenge and figure things out as he goes along. William's Muse Project was to lay the foundation for a future career in the arts. He painted several paintings and a mural in Mr. Walker's room, taught art classes at KHS, curated and hung the annual library art show, learned how to deal with paying clients; assembled a strong portfolio, was accepted to the prestigious Springville All-State High School Art Show, and was chosen to be runner up for Sterling Scholar in visual art.

Kinsey Little's project was to compile a catalog of original songs and launch her career as a singer/songwriter. Kinsey is one of Kanab High's most prolific singer/songwriters. She plays guitar and ukulele and her songs are full of catchy melodies and lyrics that stem from real life experiences. Kinsey's Muse Project was to play her songs in front of a live audience at a venue dedicated to live music. Kinsey was invited as a special guest to open for local band Stone Company at Peekaboo Canyon Restaurant along with Sienna Sanders and Jess Haven. Her songs were a hit with an audience starved for live music after the dry spell of social gathrings created by Covid19. You can watch a video of her performance HERE.

Last year, McCoy Houston and Nathaniel Houston combined their efforts and founded Southern Tine Outfitters. They have since printed hundreds of hats and hoodies; they've also make thousands of dollars guiding clients in the hills around Kanab. They plan on growing their brand's influence in the area and furthering the development of their up and coming enterprise.

Michael Maddux's Muse Project was to compile a catalog of original character designs. Apart from being a great artist, actor and singer; Mike is also a loyal friend. Michael has a passion for creating and designing characters. He has spent the last two years honing the craft of drawing and painting in photoshop and similar software.

Nellie Carter's Muse Project was to create a Trading Card Game. Nellie is a prolific artist. She is constantly drawing in her sketchbooks. She creates original characters based on compelling philosophical concepts, and has plans for future graphic novels.
